Arabian carpet shark

- Characteristics: A lateral ridge present on each side of trunk. Dorsal fin large and angular, somewhat larger than pelvic fins; dorsals with projecting free rear tips. Inter-dorsal space very long, over twice first dorsal base; first dorsal origin over or behind pelvic fin bases. Body light brown, without color pattern. Maximum size: 70 cm.
- Distribution: The Persian Gulf also caught around Chabahar waters.
